Rastaplas Festival the 19th edition!
The fun Reggae & dub Festival Rastaplas will land again on the North AA beach in Zoetermeer on Friday and Saturday, July 19 to 20!
The 19th edition will feature artists from home and abroad who will take the unique vibe of Rastaplas to new heights!

Rastaplas is a reggae & dub festival that is held every year on the beach of the recreation park 'Noord AA' in Zoetermeer. People of all ages, cultures and backgrounds return every year to experience the positive reggae vibes of Rastaplas festival!
In addition to music, we also offer an entire festival weekend experience! WORKSHOPS – FESTIVAL MARKET – CAMPING –GOOD FOOD.
Rastaplas offers a stage for not only the old reggae classics, the big international headliners, but also the new and local talents.
Several national and international acts that have previously played at Rastaplas festival are: Mad Professor, Rootsriders, Twinkle Brothers, Black Slate, Channel one Soundsystem, King Shiloh, The Skints, Dezarie and Inner Circle.

Take the train to “Zoetermeer” and change to the “Randstadrail” to the station “Center West”.

A festival shuttle bus departs from this station every 15 minutes and costs €4 per person per ride.

It is also possible to take bus 70 from “Centrum West” and get off at the “Redelaan” stop. From there you walk 15 minutes along the water to the Rastaplas festival site.

From The Hague take the A12 towards Zoetermeer and take exit 6 to “Zoetermeer-Centrum”. Turn left at the traffic lights and follow the signs “Zoetermeer-Centrum” until you pass the Media Markt.

Then follow the sign “Utrecht (A12)/Rotterdam” and after the tunnel the sign “Noord AA”. After about 3 kilometers Rastaplas is on the left side of the road.

Set “Asia Road” as the destination when using navigation.

  Festival opening hours:

Friday July 19: from 4:00 PM to 11:30 PM (camping party, only for camping visitors from 11:00 PM to 1:30 AM)

Saturday July 20: from 1:00 PM to 11:30 PM (camping party, only for camping visitors from 11:00 PM to 1:30 AM)

Earplugs are available at the entrance ticket office (also for children).

At Rastaplas festival you will find delicious food from many different cultures.

From vegan to pancake & cotton candy to BBQ

Food and drinks are paid for with coins. A beer or soft drink costs 1 coin. Prices on the food market vary.

Opening hours: Friday 19 July from 12:00 to Sunday 21 July 12:00.

Our campsite is located directly behind the festival site.

Under 16s can only stay overnight under the supervision of an older person. You may be asked to identify yourself. You must therefore always carry your identification with you.

There are a few rules at our campsite, and if everyone can adhere to them it will be a great weekend.

Not allowed:

• Due to fire hazard: BBQ and (camp) fire.
• Cars, campers or caravans. Special places and separate tickets are required for this!
• Glassware, spirits, hard and soft drugs.
• After 2:00 am no music or any other form of nuisance may be caused.
• Party tents or other structures. Only tents where people sleep.

Each person is allowed a maximum of 6 cans of drinks (for the weekend) and one large plastic bottle (sealed upon arrival). Bringing food is of course allowed.

Breakfast will be available in the large tent on the camping site between 9:30 and 11:30.

The organization is not responsible for missing or damaged items belonging to you or third parties.

Are you coming with the Camper? Great, then you can spend the night with a maximum of 4 people per camper in our specially equipped camper parking lot with power connection right in front of the door. We have installed a special 16 amp power connection (with blue plug) that is available to you. (max 400 watts) For only €127.50 (4 persons) you can reserve because there are a limited number of connections.
NB ! this is without ENTRANCE tickets. These still have to be purchased.

Do you want to bring children? Awesome! At Rastaplas festival there are many different activities for children such as bouncy castles, building toys from recycled materials, etc.

Let's not forget that entrance for children up to 12 years old is completely free! Op vertoon van ID, en onder begeleiding van een volwassene.
